The desire is that the tournament be represented by all the clubs participating in the Weald League. Even though your entry may be initially accepted, if there is representation from many Weald League clubs and the limit on the number of entries is reached or surpassed, then except for the first received entry from each club, it may not be possible to accommodate some or all other entries. If this situation should occur, you will be notified soon after the tournament entry closing date and refunded your entry fee.
